OCAC Ceramic Studios

Portland, Oregon

The Oregon College of Art and Craft redevelopment was a collaboration between COLAB Architecture and Charles Rose Architects of Boston to provide designs for the first building phase of OCAC’s master plan. The first phase included a 16,000 s.f. studio and photographic arts building, a 10,000 s.f. Metal Arts Studio building and a 7,000 s.f. campus library. The buildings complement the college’s existing structures designed by celebrated Pacific Northwest architect, John Storrs. The buildings reflect the latest technologies and approaches to studio arts education as well as achieving a LEED Silver certification.
