This 1960's residence is located in the historic Mission Hills neighborhood of San Diego. The design approach has been to elevate the mid-century ideals of contiguous indoor/outdoor living, a refined natural materials palette and a strategic use of vintage colors. The upstairs has been transformed to accommodate 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a retreat loft which takes advantage of views toward San Diego Bay and Downtown.
