This project adds a main bedroom suite and an additional bedroom to the second floor of this 1930's Tudor Revival style Craftsman house. This house is one of the first built in Lake Oswego and is considered an historic asset by the city. The design required a historic design review to be completed and approved. The roofline was extended to accommodate a new main bathroom. Currently, the framing of the new bedroom off the back of the house is underway.
