We utilized Huber Zip-R insulated sheathing panels on this project to create a more thermally efficient building envelope. Zip sheathing creates an extremely air tight building and eliminates the need for building wrap, because the weather resistant barrier is factory bonded to the panels. This can save in labor costs by eliminating an extra step and also help maintain construction quality control.
